About Reedfield Care

We are a home care agency based in Staines, aiming to deliver the highest standards of care at all times. We are now in the process of registration with the Care Quality Commission. Reedsfied Care Ltd was founded in May 2016 by company Director Ivan bunjako. All our employees, work within our company code of conduct and ethics, which include:

Ivan bunjako, Director of Reedsfield Care Ltd 

Company Director Ivan Bunjako has worked in the care industry in one form or another since 2004. He has worked in social care with children adults and adults with learning disability and Dementia. He has also worked in the NHS for the entire period both in general nursing and mental health services. 

Ivan was inspired to start up Reedsfield Care Ltd because he saw the lack of high quality, affordable care available and he needed to know that his ageing family members would be cared for to the same high standards that he would deliver himself. So you can rest assured that your loved ones will receive the same standard of care that Ivan  would give to his own relatives.

Ivan strives to ensure that all of his clients feel like the dignified and valued individuals that they are – and not merely a number on the books.
