Reedsfield Care is a family run, CQC registered home care agency covering Middlesex from our office in Egham. We provide everything from a half hour visit each morning through to full live-in care, delivered by a small team of employed carers rather than a rota of strangers.
Most families start with visiting care: help getting up and dressed, medication, meals, shopping, company, and a check that all is well. Visits run from thirty minutes upwards, at the times of day that actually matter to the person rather than the times that suit a rota.
As needs grow, the same team can add more visits, overnight support or a live-in carer. You do not have to change provider or repeat the whole story to someone new.

Why families choose a local agency
Our office is in Egham, a short drive from Ashford, Feltham, Sunbury, Shepperton and Staines. That matters more than it sounds. Carers are not crossing the county to reach you, a care manager can come out the same day if something needs looking at, and our carers already know the GP surgeries, the pharmacies and the hospital teams locally.
Carers are employed by us, DBS checked and trained before they work alone, with supervision visits and spot checks as standard. Care plans are written by a qualified care manager and reviewed regularly with you.

What it costs
Visiting care starts at £22 an hour and live-in care starts at £1,150 a week. Evenings, weekends and bank holidays are charged at a higher rate so that carers are paid properly for them. We put the weekly total in writing before you commit, with nothing hidden underneath it.
There is no setup fee, no agency fee and no minimum contract. Notice is one week.
How to get started
Call 01784 740078 and tell us what is going on. If it sounds like we can help, we arrange a free home visit, usually within a day or two, to look at the practical detail and meet the person who will be receiving care. You get a written care proposal and a price. Nothing starts until you say so.
