What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our website form, email us, phone us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect what you choose to give us. This is usually your name, phone number, email address, town or postcode, and a description of the care you or a relative may need.

Care enquiries can include health information. This is special category data under UK GDPR, and we only use it to understand and respond to the care request.

How we use it and our lawful basis

We use enquiry details to reply to you, arrange an assessment and prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. For health information we rely on the provision of health or social care, or your explicit consent where that applies.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Website enquiries are delivered to our office inbox through a form delivery service and our website hosting providers, who process data only to provide that service. If you become a client, we may share information with health and social care professionals involved in your care, or where the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential storage so the site works and to remember your cookie choice. With your agreement we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the website. Analytics is off until you choose Accept All or save your preferences in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie Preferences" in the footer. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Our website host also collects basic visit statistics to run the service.

Contact form

When you send an enquiry we store the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, town or postcode and a description of the care needed. Enquiries are delivered to our office inbox.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to care are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow up you ask for, then deleted. Client care records are kept for the periods required for regulated care providers.

Your rights

You have the right to access your information, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability where it applies. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above.
