Our emotional wellbeing service offers warm, non-judgemental companionship for older adults experiencing low mood, loneliness, or mild anxiety. We are a home care provider, not a mental health service — we do not provide residential mental health care, mental health crisis response, or replace clinical treatment. What we do offer is the consistent, kind, day-to-day presence that helps someone keep routines, attend appointments, and stay socially connected. If a clinical mental health crisis arises, please contact NHS 111, the Samaritans on 116 123, or 999 in an emergency.
Ashford sits at the crossroads of Middlesex, with Ashford Hospital at its heart making it a natural hub for our hospital discharge services. The town's mix of residential streets, local parks, and community centres means our carers quickly become familiar faces. Excellent bus routes and proximity to Heathrow make it well-connected for families visiting loved ones in our care.
For clients in Ashford requiring emotional wellbeing support, we coordinate closely with Ashford Hospital and local NHS teams to ensure seamless care. Our close proximity — just 4 miles away — means rapid response times.
