Our emotional wellbeing service offers warm, non-judgemental companionship for older adults experiencing low mood, loneliness, or mild anxiety. We are a home care provider, not a mental health service — we do not provide residential mental health care, mental health crisis response, or replace clinical treatment. What we do offer is the consistent, kind, day-to-day presence that helps someone keep routines, attend appointments, and stay socially connected. If a clinical mental health crisis arises, please contact NHS 111, the Samaritans on 116 123, or 999 in an emergency.
Staines-upon-Thames is a bustling town with excellent transport links including Staines station and easy access to the M25. The town centre has undergone significant regeneration, and the riverside walks along the Thames provide beautiful settings for accompanied outings. With Ashford and St Peter's hospitals nearby, we coordinate closely with discharge teams to provide seamless hospital-to-home transitions.
For clients in Staines requiring emotional wellbeing support, we coordinate closely with Ashford Hospital and local NHS teams to ensure seamless care. Our close proximity — just 3 miles away — means rapid response times.
